Customer behaviour....improved!

Through the years of ownership of our wash, we have noticed that as we improve the presentation and cleanliness that our customers generally seems to leave less of a mess.

Recently we had the entire wash painted, which lifted the presentation significantly. And it seems to me that customer behaviour improved again.

Wondering if anyone else has seen this pattern? Cheers, Greg

I agree 100% and believe that has a huge effect. People tend to behave like their environment and I am glad you are seeing positive results as a benefit for maintaining your wash.
