Of course, I really want to connect with my customers so I can be aware of any issues, suggestions, or complaints. What is your best approach to this?
-Get a designated phone and paste that number everywhere?
-E-mail/Facebook with QR links?
-Google reviews?
-How to incentivize feedback/reviews?
I inquired about Touch4Wash yesterday which sounds very nice, but I have to install some requirements for a system like that and I need to do something in the mean time. Thank you!
