Customer says not spot free in one bay only.

These valves look like they’ve been changed and I am wondering how the SFR doesn’t siphon all of the goodies out of the presoak and even the main hp hose that may have soap residue in it. Could anyone offer advice on how to keep the SFR from contamination?

You may have a bad spot free check valve on the bay they're complaining about. High pressure soap or presoak could be backing up into the spot free line.
