Cyrptopay card Reader

is anybody have an issue with crypto card reader
I notice that few people swip credit card quickly and repeatedly and active the timer showing $1.00 give them few minutes time to wash but I wont able to see the transaction on account. I assuming they are stealing for free car wash. Please help
Fyi our crypto card reader set for $3 for 8 min.

That's a new one for me. If a person swipes a card and it doesn't have enough money in the account the bay will start for a few seconds. It's confusing for a customer because they think there something wrong with our equipment. It would be nice if Cryptopay would put a start delay in the software to prevent this. If you get the times they happened and which swiper Cryptopay can look into their logs to see if there is something going on.

Thanks you for the answer. They happened quit often at my carwash. That seem to me that same people doing the same thing just get free carwash.
I will keep timing and give cryptopay call.
