D/H self serve stuff

Just when I think I have seen all of the failed attempts at building a 21st century self serve system, along comes this thing. My customer has one. Everything is controlled by computers (so you know it's smart) and the high pressure pumps deliver all products except the spot free. The owner has flat given up on D/H (thank you Harry Bauge for taking another company down the drain). Their tech support simply cannot figure this out. It was sold and installed by the former PDQ distributor who now runs Coleman. Their techs are still around but have had no success in getting two of the five bays running. Other companies have also been left in the dust. So now it's my turn. There are no manuals left from the installation. It was, and may still be, common practice to NOT leave any manuals for the equipment just installed new. That way, don't you know, most operators have to call foe service. So my question is, is there anyone out there who knows how this stuff is supposed to operate? Also are there any manuals or electrical schematics? Am not asking for free advice or manuals. Will pay if you have them. My only option at this time is simply to rip out the D/H crap are rebuild it as normal self serve stuff.

Keith Dilling is very knowledgeable on there equipment you can PM me and I could give you his number he is not associated with the current company. What exactly is your problem your having with it getnbusy on the form here is knowledgeable on them also.

Will contact them later. Much thanks for the leads. This is a 5 bay set up. On one of the bays all of the low pressure functions do not work. On the bay next to it, when the bay times out, the other three bays next to it stop working AND the pump keeps running. The attendant said one of the service companies who tried to fix it, replaced the push buttons with a rotary switch and installed a multiconductor cable to make it work. It didn't.
