Having trouble with my d&s 5000, the $6 wash (two passes of presoak and hp rinse then wax and spot free) will not complete the wash. ALWAYS stops after the high pressure rinse cycle. Any thoughts?

So all other wash packages work properly? In troubleshooting this you need to know if the problem is mechanical electrical or something else, like programming.
Do you have any error codes that come up?
Does the wash stop in home position? Does it prompt customer to exit? Can you re set the programming for the $6 package and see if it helps?
