D&S IQ 2.0 soft touch. Quality? Cost?

Looking for some feedback on an IQ soft touch, looking at a location that has one. We own multiple razors so the IQ is slightly out of my wheelhouse. Curious how much of a battle this thing would be until we can replace it down the

What is their original equipment cost no install no blowers no pay station?

What are people seeing out of them for numbers if properly maintained before replacing equipment?

What are their common failure points?

what is the support like from D&S?

Are parts readily available, and can you buy them directly from the manufacturer or do you need to use a local distributor?

I've got one in the SouthWest. Our biggest problem is customer stupidity and hitting the machine. I've tried to make the whole process dummy proof but at least once per month a customer will hit the machine or move their car while the machine is in motion.

It almost makes me wish we went touchless, less moving parts to break.
