Anyone replace a dampener on a pump stand. I assume that you just unscrew from the T and put a new one on? Asking because of the note about pre charged on the bulb.

after eight years one of the dampeners is leaking at the relief side when pump is in use.

1500 PSI is way too close to where we run. Our pumps are set to 1400 PSI.

Thx for the leads, going with the more expensive bulb option

There really unnecessary. You could always get rid of them and just put a plug on the top of that tee. Some manufactures used them long time ago. Now a days I dont think anyone uses them. Plug your bad one and compare it to another bay. I dought you will even tell a difference.

I used the "bulbs" on my 623s before we went to 310s, when one started to take dive, you really knew it. Great dampener.
They are self contained and you can replace them just like a... light bulb.

*edit* Just saw Blanco's comment, agree 100%.
Haven't used a dampener on Cat 310 in 12 years.
A pulsation on a 310 would make me think obstructed or bad valve before anything else.🤷‍♂️

Interesting idea. We always had them on pumps from manufacturer. May try this approach.

No Dampeners here since I had a pump unit on with 620s.

I will say that the mosmatic comfort hoses pulsate slightly compared to a regular wire braid hose.
