Dayton Pump

They used to be good pumps and would last 20 years as long as it never got run dry. I keep hearing all the Dayton/Teel products are terrible now.

We put two of these in about a year ago. One went in a brand new IBA and the other replaced the booster pump on our current IBA. Both have worked great. Kleen rite has a really good price on them compared to other places.

Yeah, they definitely were good pumps. I forgot there's one on the auto for the spot free that's had no issues at all in 11 years, pretty sure it's the exact same pump, not the all-stainless one.

Had four new Dayton units fail over the last two years. All were warrantied, but I switched to a Flint & Walling after the last return and have not had any issues since. The Dayton units are made in China now. No surprise....
