I have two DS 5000 touch less units. When you trip the pad I have water coming out of side spinners and the top oscillators before the tire gets in the treadle. I cleaned out 4 dema valves today and it's doing the same thing. I have 2 solenoids in the cabinet that appear to be leaking. I do not have the tool to ck these valves. Gonna order it tomorrow from clean rite. Any idea what's causing the water to come out of the unit ? The side spinners will run water quite some time after the wash is finished.

If you have solenoids leaking on the floor of the equipment room, replace them.

It's normal for the side spinners to spew a small amount of water after a wash. Is it just dribbling or is there some pressure behind it?

The solenoid that feeds the set of gantry nozzles mentioned is most likely bad. Replace it or possibly rebuild it if the seat is good.

Right, it sounds like the side spinners are getting pressure while the undercarriage is running. Make sure the solenoid isn't getting power, but it's probably bad.
