Diamond H2o water softener.

Does anyone have a Diamond water softener? Wondering what you thought of them. Thinking of installing this one for my IBA.

IMO, "THE" name in softener valves is Fleck. I would only purchase a softener with a Fleck valve. All other parts of the softener are rather generic (just basic tanks and resin). I don't know what kind of valve is on that softener you linked.

diamond is a distributor of water softners and mfg of ro machines. They have been selling to the car wash industry for a long time. If you are mechanically inclined and are familiar with softners, then purchase and install the softner yourself. Diamond water has the technical support to help you configure the settings properly. If you have doubts about installing this yourself, then you are much better off to buy a softner from a local company, which will set it up right and provide service. I have had good success with fleck heads and with clack heads.
