I've watched people pee in the corner by the changer many times. One day there were two boys, one 10-12, one might have been 18. The younger one peed in the corner, the older one pointed at the camera, then they laughed and high-fived each other. I'm sure they looked for the video on YouTube.

Although peeing is more common I think we also need a sign with someone depositing a butt nugget.
