Dixmor LED 7 vs LED 7 Serial

What is the difference between the Dixmor LED 7 and LED 7 Serial timers? Kleenrite show these two timers and can’t seem to find the difference. I have a time that went out and plan on going to count up along with Crypto Tap Plus in the near future. TIA for info.
