Dixmor Timer Issue - Missing Pulses

I have two sites with Dixmor 2000's and having problems with customers being told to add one more coin (1 pulse), even though they have inserted enough money. The Dixmor's are missing pulses, I know its not the coin acceptor because one site uses IDX and the other site uses Magikist (SecurCoin) and the problem is not unique to one site. The pulse count is on "slow pulse" for each acceptor but still having issues?

I'ver tried contacting Dixmor via email but have not received a response.

Has anyone had this sort of issue?
