I know I posted something similar a while back - just could not find it on the forum - So here I am asking again:

I am in SE PA - and looking to adjust the Dixmore settings a bit more conservative than out of the box.. hoping to save $$ on water and swer costs.

Has anyone adjusted the levels downward specifically in my area with great success - Current Dixmore out of the box is:

35 - 10%
25 - 50%
15 - 90%
14 - 100%

- - - - looking to change up percentages as well as on off Temp downward -

Any Thoughts?

I use the factory settings with a twist.

I use 30 second intervals instead of 1 minute.

10% would be 3 sec on 27 off
50% would be 15 sec on 15 off
90% would be 27 sec on 3 sec off

This would not save any water, but you could maybe stretch out the temp intervals and start at a lower temp say 33 deg. Then go to maybe 20 deg for 50% then 10 deg for 100% on.

If you use the 1 minute interval you may get freeze ups.

I’ve never had the need to change the factory programing of a Dixmor Weepmizer. I have mine come on at 34 deg. But I dump/discharge a lot of water to prevent freeze ups, probably more than I should. I was going the do a volumetric to see how much I do dump/discharge but I’ve got around to it yet.
