Does Kleenrite ever answer emails ?

I have sent kleenrite several emails over the past month and they have not responded to any of them. Some of them were to add parts to an order and some were telling about problems with an order. I keep sending the same emails over and over and they don't reply to any of them. I know they get them because when call them they do eventually manage to find them.

I can tell you they never call me back - I've asked for things many times, prices or whether they can special order something, and not once have they ever gotten back to me.

MEP I feel your pain they have been doing that to me too, for years

Never have a problem!! If there is an issue with an order or problem with chemicals I call and get things taken care of pretty easily. I also give an A+.!!!

My post said they don't answer emails. If I call they will answer the phone. Problem is I work a full time job and run 2 car washes. I don't have time to call and sit and wait on hold. They have an email link on their website. If they refuse to answer emails maybe they need to remove the email link.

Recently i have had a few issues with their customer relations on phone. So I do everything on line now. Their attitude seems like it has declined. 8 years doing business with them.

I am currently have two big order problems with Kleen-rite. I normally order 1 pallet of 5 gallon ultra concentrate soap for the past 8 years. I get buy 3 get 1 free. The last order instead of getting 1 extra 5 gallon ultra concentrate for the same 3 product that I order, they pick the lowest price ultra concentrate and get me that free instead. A foam polish cost $78 while, tire cleaner cost $57. In a big order, they decide to get me all 6 tire cleaners for free. That usually is a $100 error on their favor. The worst part is that I have less quantity of soap and have to order through them more frequent. This have happen to me twice out of last 3 orders.

To counter the frustration of Kleen-rite I have use less of them. Trying to bypass them and order direct from China manufacturer. I bought hog hair foam brush, microfiber towels, high pressure and low pressure hoses and fittings at 50% of what Kleenrite sales.

This week is free shipping with heartland show special. Next month may is ICA free shipping show special. Use it and abuse it.

For the buy 3 get one free they had me do separate orders to get free ones I want. Ordered the set amount for free delivery with four orders. Pain In the a$$ but got what I needed for the freebies.

I get amused (hey it happens as you age) over complaints from the company that strives to be the cheapest one out there. Has the you get what you pay for rule been discontinued? Maybe I missed that memo.
