We use two of the following within our Blo Dry Enclosure: https://windtrax.com/storefrontCommerce/search.do?searchType=keyword&keyword=DOMEL+491.7

A motor or two are start to throw a breaker ... after several years. Probably because we did not get the brushes in soon enough on those specific ones is the reason. Is there a way of telling if the armatures of the remaining are not good enough for new brushes? Can a motor be saved with a brand new brush ... if a breaker was blown on the motor?

It seems like most of you do not run (seating) the motors for 30 minutes on half voltage ... achieved by wiring in series ... when brand new brushes are installed on the motor. Has anyone noticed more life out of the brushes by doing that extra step that Ametek (Lamb) always used to recommend on there similar vacuum motors.?
