Door Electrical Issue

Hello, I don't see any power in my Operator or the Open/Close box. I check the breaker and fuse inside the Operator, also checked some parts inside the Open/Close box such as Loop sensor. Its totally dead. We use Nice - Home (micanan.com) operators.

PROBLEM SOLVED: there is a switch under the pully which releases when you pull the clutch in case you want to open manually. The switch was released even though the clutch was not pulled. That was because thee pully was not 100% on the switch. with a help of a ziptie, made sure the pully is always on the switch.
