Dosatron Low Pressure Panel for Presoak/Foam brush etc.

Does anyone have these units installed at their car wash? Seems like a very simple/great design that elimates hydrominders/flojets and a holding tank.

Definitely worth it. I have one on my foam brush for past three years running 24/7 no issues. I have anther one in operation for two years for my desalt/bug solution no issues. I can't run my tire cleaner or winter foam with one because the dilution ratio only goes to 50:1.

We had them on an old system. I liked them. Our new system is direct drive so the Dosatrons are gone. I probably will sell the new spare units we have in our spare parts supply closet. Only thing we ever replaced were a gasket once every few years depending on the chemical being used thru the pump.

I do miss them as there were a nice way to adjust the dilution to the desired mix.
