Dosatron not foaming brush

Hello I got a airless model of dosatron and my soap is coming out straight soap and water. Kleen right told me my units don't require air and can be used for all low pressure like foam brush, tire cleaner, wax. Any one know what I maybe doing wrong like a setting or something else I need to get

Dosatron is jump a device that pumps chemicals from point A to point B. You need air to make that chemical foam. Most all foam brush systems I have seen have a chemical and air line ran to the brush boom in the bay, where they are tied together. If you don’t have a way to mix air with that chemical, it’s never going to foam.

Whoever told you that you don't need air to make the soap foam doesn't know what they are talking about. You need to inject air to make the soap foam.

You do not need Air to operate the pump like FloJet ARO and others. Dosatron is water driven. You do need air to make the foam though. KR is a parts catalog house, not that good on a lot of tech suport.

Did you end up adding some air to your low pressure systems to make them foam?
