I want to replace my tire cleaner, presoak, air, and spot free lines with 3/8” Nylon tubing in a 6 bay wash. I found Nylon air brake tubing that is a lot cheaper than the Freelin-Wade Nylon tubing and as far as I can tell they are the same thickness and material. (Nylon 11). Has anyone used this tubing? I’m looking at about 2000 feet of tubing so it really adds up.

we use the nylon tubing from car wash super store, seems to be good quality and holding up for us.

Don't know if this helps but The Istobal IBA uses Kuriyama 5/8 (16mm) air brake tubing for chemicals. It holds up fine to everything except tire cleaner. My tire cleaner makes the tubing very brittle in less than a year and it breaks in the energy chain. I talked to a couple of the techs at istobal and I don't think this is a common issue. I replaced the tire c;leaner with 3/8" pushlock hose. In all other functions it has been fine for four years plus so far.
