Hello again,
Our locations have DRB systems and we are not using the scanners. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't never really got a clear answer from DRB why that was but I would like to use the scanners to eliminate some of the employee errors and possibly inventory? Does anyone have experiance with these units? I'm told that certain suppliers can give us CDs with product codes on them that are downloaded to the DRB. Does anyone know if they have to update them a lot? Is there a lot of maintaining we are not very big only have 4 locations don't want to have to hire a person to manage it but would like to know if there are benifits that I am not utilizing.
