Dryer Striping

As I'm sure you're all well aware of, I'm working on getting my new Razor up and running and I'm concerned about my dryers. I have (2) 15 HP dryers sitting on the top of a Dryer Pros Tempest Frame and it seems as though there is a stripe along the middle of the vehicle that isn't getting dried...any ideas what I could do to help remedy the situation?

Is the wax beading the water? How much drip space do you have? Can you adjust the angles of the dryer nozzles?

Yes, the water is beading well. The original system had the nozzles oscillating, but during transit from FL, the system was tweaked to the point where custom fabrication would be required to have them continue working. To remedy the issue, we fixed each fan enclosure together with a piece of strut so that the nozzles are angling directly down.

Let me try and snap a picture...

I know this is not a cost effective solution, but you may have to add a third blower straight down the center and then angle the others at about 45 degrees to assist with the top and blow down the sides.

Most free standing, non-oscillating blower set ups seem to have three generators for decent coverage. It seems like two blowers - not oscillating, might have difficulty covering it.

That fact that it originally oscillated probably indicates that they need to be moving to cover the surface with two blowers.

I don't think you'll get the cars dry enough w/2 fans that do not oscillate.

I have 2 10 hp on the sides and a 15hp on top that oscillates and customers still like to use my free towel dry station to get the excess water off.

A good surface sealant will shed most of the water before it gets to the dryer. I would also try adjusting the dryer nozzle angle.
