I set up my e port last week and still no email sales reports are coming thru. Does it normally take a few days???

Mine worked the next day. The CC sales are emailed next day and the cash trans. have a one day delay. I would call eport.

I called US Tech. They received your paperwork on Friday and you are up and running. What we didn't know is that they have a new procedure wherein they have to send your License Agreement to Corporate for their approval. They faxed it to them on Friday, however, they asked if you would fax your license agreement direct to Corporate at 610.989.0344. It can take over a week to start getting the reports. They looked up your account and can see purchases with cash and credit. Your first report will be a long one. I just wish they would tell us these new procedures. Sorry for the delay.

We added one to our vender a couple years ago. Have not had any problems.
