eGenuity Paystation?

I wash at the car wash show yesterday and saw the eGenuity paystations they look very nice almost to nice for an unintended wash but I am wondering has anyone had any experience with these paystations as I honestly have never heard of them before the show but am impressed with the look of these.

I have narrowed it down to Unitech Portal, Hamiltion HTK or eGenuity and need to make a choice soon!

I’ve seen and used (don’t own) the Hamilton HTK. Great machine from the customer side. They have app and bar codes you can scan a coupon code from your phone. I believe this all requires the DAN system which I do have, plus monthly fees. Hamilton tends to have some pricey and proprietary parts.....but their customer service and technical support is among the best.

Sounds interesting - I'll look into them the next time I accidentally build a car wash.

I have a new Unitec Portal Ti. I like the machine, but I would highly recommend "NOT BUYING UNITEC" their customer support is totally worthless. If your machine goes down you have to go online and make an appointment for them to call you back. If you are very lucky you might get a call back same day if you do this early am, you might get a late day time. Your appointment is for 30 minutes. And its really 30 minutes, dont get it fixed!!??? Go back online and make another appointment. I am very disappointed in this as my machine is less then a year old and I am not able to use all the features of it because I cannot get the time to ask questions and get answers! I have an old Goldline at another site, I can call pretty much anytime and get support, had I known Unitec was going to do this with their support I would have spent the extra $$$ and purchased the HTK. Was at the show and Unitec was getting pounded with their tech support issues.
