Your absolutely right he could have been killed or seriously hurt but wasn't. I did state I hope he wasn't hurt. However on youtube this incident got allot of hits for the humor. Lighten up! Unless you trained this guy, I can see why your upset
"What's that dangerous looking spinny thing pulling me in by this thing I'm holding onto? Welp, better keep holding onto this thing no matter what!" It's hard not to laugh.
There is nothing funny about this.
It took less than 10 seconds for this person to possibly lose their life.
Thank god it didn't happen.

As an industry we need to have better education/training of not only our employees but us as owners and operators.
Lockout tagout wouldve prevented this. I guess it was either never included in employee training, ignored, or possibly they had the equipment running so that he could eventually wash the inside of the wraps a little better. A little common sense never hurts either (ie, let go of the gun) Glad he's okay.
