so im opening up a tunnel wash, and am figuring out the hourly wages and tips. how do you guys handle recording tips?
1) is it like a dining establishment where an employee fills out a form and submits to you?
2) do you just get a verbal number to report to payroll?
3) do you pay them less then minimum knowing they will be making at least $3 an hour in tips?
4) is it your manager who tally's hours vs tips to handout hourly? i prefer a collection box, that is why i ask this question.
