Equipment lease for new operators

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have a contact that can help with financing equipment (or lease) for a new carwash for NEW operators? Most of the companies we talk to are saying we need a few years experience before they will finance/lease equipment for us. This will be our first wash. We we will be doing training before the launch, and have an awesome developer that will be helping out with making it succesfful (we've talked with other owners to confirm this).

We've been approved by the bank for our SBA 7A loan ($5M), but bad soil at our site among other things have increased our project cost significantly. And unfortunately our bank doesn't do a bridge loan, so we need to look elsewhere for funding (DRB, conveyor, vacuums).

Thank you!!

I would speak with your equipment manufacturers as they likely have recommendations. You can check out http://www.coastcc.com/

Hope you have a bullet proof plan spending $5m + on your first car wash. Plan for cost overruns in the hundreds of thousands and delays considering current climate/supply chain.

Is this bad soil structurally or environmentally? Many times SBA will not lend if environmental

Thanks guys, I'll check those two out and talk with our vendors. Appreciate it.

The soil issue is structural - our construction bid has a line item for "Grading: Topsoil Strip & Respread, Cut-to-Fill, Building Excavation & Backfill, Site Subgrade, Pond Excavation & Infiltration Soil".
