Many of you will remember my previous post about valuation of an existing car wash and my trials and tribulations. I went with a low offer and things are being considered so I will first, thank all of you who contributed either in the forums or via email.
Now...I had mentioned that the wash needs some work and I was hoping to get some advice. I need a few things:
1. What manufacturer should I use AND why
2. Who should I buy from and/or what is a fair or estimated price?
Is this something I can do by myself to put in new doors/openers as well as lighting fixtures? Not sure of voltage for lighting but am vaguely familiar with systems and know not to put my finger in the socket!
Also--how to clean the cement block walls both interior and exterior? I have seen posts here to help with the interior of the IBA's--a gelcoat fiberglass panel--thoughts?
10 of these bad boys--appears only 2 of them work (bulbs are blown)

At least 2 of these 10X10 doors--openers are chain/pneumatic and aren't working very well (bouncy and stick): Most likely I would want to get 4 automatic doors (2 entry, 2 exit) once I get the 2nd IBA working:
