Got a call from a customer Saturday stating that they got double charged when using the self serve bay. I kind of blew it off, then went in to check it out this evening. It appears that since June 10th, every transaction has been charged twice. I looked on the 9th, and I see different transactions for each card, but not an exact match to every charge like on the 10th-present. Has anyone else noticed this or had any complaints? I find it hard to believe that all 6 bays would start double charging every card. It has to be something on TSYS' end, but not sure how to prove it. Any feedback would be appreciated.
