Can someone help me with Everwash wiring? I know the terminals for wash 1 thru 4, but which terminal (#) is used for the common and which terminals (#'s) are used for the "In Use" signals?

I'm trying to wire the ECW into the PDQ Laser 4000 JO Cabinet. In the JO Cabinet - Terminal # 115 = 24V / # 116 = Wash 4 / # 117 = Wash 3 / # 118 = Wash 2 / # 119 = Wash 1 / # 120 = Escrow / # 121 = 24v Neutral.

On the Everwash Controller (EWC) each wash has three pins but only two are used; NO and COM. Each wash is wired to its respective NO and and the commons are daisy chained with one wire out landing/leading where? Should it go to terminal #115, #120 or #121.

Also which of these terminals are used for the “In Use”(cycle inhibit)? Should they go to terminal # 115, #120, # 121 or a different terminal altogether?

Common will be 24 volt neutral-121. One wire from wash in use and power should also go to 121. Other wire from power in should go to positive 24 volts. Other wire from wash in use will be a different output all together. I don’t have a laser so I’m not sure which terminal is the wash in use output.

Thx for the input DakotaH. The power is supplies with a 120v to 24v transformer, so no issues there. I will try the common on terminal # 121.
