Do you guys have any tips on selling extra services (transmission, radiator, etc) to the customer? We use the, "Manufacturer recommends said service and whatever amount of miles". Is there anything else you guys have had luck with?

We typically approach the customer in a similar manner. Unless you have strips to test the fluids and can physically show them that their fluid is no longer good, I don't know of any other approach other than relying on the manufacturer's recommendation schedule.
