Hi all, I am looking at Extrutech wall panels. They only warrant their white, light grey and beige against fading (UV resistance). At the moment my walls are grey and I only need to wash them once a year. You just can't see the dirt and I don't want changing this. 
However, I need to replace the current wall material.
Extrutech have a darker grey which would be good but it is not UV stable.
Anyway, has someone experience with Extrutech panels fading after years (especially with sun exposure in a hot climate)?
How does it look? Is it acceptable? Do you have photos?
