have 4 bay wash with corrigated tin walls. I have got a quote for extrutech panels and within a matter of a couple of days, I will be sending in the order to purchase the wall panels. Can anyone out there tell me if they have ever had to replace a single panel and what went wrong with it? The sales person says to order three extra panels just incase i ever need to replace one. Also looking at past post their were a few statements made that these panels stain. Has anyone had this happen and how bad was the stain and do you know what caused it. Going to need to buy the screws to attach it to my tin, any suggestion on where to buy them? Is anyone out there really unhappy with their extrutech. anything you can let us know, we will apprecitate.
thanks

I've installed it a two 4/2s and one tunnel. But it has been flush mounted against the wall, so the solid wall behind it supports it. I have a couple of small dings, but nothing I would be worried about. It's fairly tough on a wall. Having said that, I believe it will be more fragile on a corrugated wall. These panels will stain just like any other wall surface in a carwash will. I occasionally clean them with an HF based product.

It's using wooden strips as spacers over the steel, so the screws that stick out of the metal walls don't interfere with the flat installation of new wall panels.
