Have a bucket washer tell me that no one is waiting, them telling me they will be done in a couple of minutes, and those that are drying in the bay, that they just spent $20 washing...yeah, right...

Not turning the rotary switch, then asking for a refund when there's NO soap coming out of the Foaming Brush! I texted the customer this same photo, explaining how our system works. Clueless!!
