Well November 2020 is in the books and my 5 and 1 IBA is starting to show real promise. Bought the place last year and hardly anything worked right. Income was lousy at best. Had to start by a good cleaning and then go through EVERYTHING. Some things had not worked literally in years. And the things that did work all had issues. Once that was done I put all new overlays on most everything, new glass vendor, raised the prices (which had never been raised since I worked with the first owner around 18 years ago), finished putting Cryptopay on everything, and went to count up mode in the ss bays. Well income for Nov was double from a year ago. It would have been more but Nov it rained almost every day for the first 10 to 12 days. Still a ways to go as it needs to double again before it's doing what I want. The only way this happened was that for many years I sold and worked of this stuff. If I would have had to pay service companies it would not have happened. Sadly that is mostly due to the fact that so many companies don't know what they are doing. Their techs might be good on autos, self serve, water treatment, and chemicals, but not all of them. My to do list is still growing.
