It would be nice to see the exact cause brought to light. It brings back memories of a horrific fire where air ignited caused by a woman using nail polish remover while smoking at a rental unit that I happened to be involved in its restoration as part owner.

Many years ago I had a customer get burned while smoking a cigarette and using a solvent dressing. Car caught fire and was totaled as well.
