Flo Jet runs non stop

I have a LP Flo Jet (Air Logic unit) that runs non stop for just one bay (3) out of five when the bays are totally off. I replaced the Flo jet with a new unit and still have the same issue. I can run the meter box normally without an issue. Wand looks like the LP tire Chemcial is running as normal when meter box is off. I have turned off power to bay 3 without any change. At a loss as to what to try next. These are very simple units so scratching head on what to check next.

Junk in the solenoid holding it open? Is the solenoid powered when you have the bay off? ie is it still magnetized when off? probably a wiring issue if it is staying magnetized.

Small piece of junk inside the plunger! I should have known. Needed a bright light to see it.

You might consider putting a solenoid on the air supply of the FloJet. You can empty a barrel of expensive soap when trash keeps the output side open (if you don't have an air shutoff). Don't ask me how I know......
