The only thing I'd put down on a bay floor would be another layer of concrete, and until someone comes up with something that will hold to the floor and last I won't be doing that. One of our washes has exposed aggregate so bad that it's almost dangerous, and the bay floors slope too much. It would be a good one to test a bay with something, maybe hydraulic concrete.

I appreciate all the great advice! Very helpful! Just met with Epoxy Coater #2 with 18 experience. He honestly told me it would be a WASTE of my money, as the polyurethane will NOT adhere properly to aggregate concrete. As mentioned here, it would look good for the first 12-18 months but then start to wear off. He said a 1/4" concrete layer wouldn't work either as its not flexible & would start to crack & chip soon. Epoxy Coater #3 who offers a "Lifetime warranty" hasn't returned my calls. I'll take that as a sign & SAVE MY MONEY!! :)
