foam brush clearcoat spotting glass

I had a customer come in and claim the foam brush left blue spots on the mirrors and on the glass on his car.The product is ran thru at 70-1 thru a hydrominder. i have had this product on line for about a month and this is the only problem i have had. Ive tried all the cleaners alcohol,lac. thinner and even straight ammonia.These spots are just on the glass and nothing is on the painted surface at all.Any body have a problem like this ?

I guess "Anything is possible" but it defies logic to think someone could wash the entire car with the FB and if there was an issue only the glass - least porous of all surfaces would spot or stain.

Any other customers with this issue?

Possible the spots were there and made more apparent when the glass was cleaned of all other residue?
