Our foam brush hoses from the equipment room out to the bays have deteriorated to the point that they are cracking and leaking so it’s time to replace the hoses. The hose is currently 3/8” would a ¼” hose gave us a faster product delivery or should we stay with the 3/8’ hose.

You're better off with tubing. I recommend black nylon which will last for decades. Two 1/4" tubing lines will cost less than 3/8" hose.

1/4" hose won't flow enough foam, I've seen it done.

We run 1/4" tubing all the way to above the foam brush boom without issue. Then tee in your air and switch to 3/8"hose to the boom and down to the brush.
