So many possibilities:
1. Water supply to Hydrominder compromised- Clogged screen at inlet fitting or other issue. Check supply to ftting - Check screen. Check volume of water exiting unit.
2. Educator dirty and not sucking properly - clean and replace. Feel suction?
3. Foot valve clogged or not holding.
4. Water siphoned back into concentrate diluting it.
5. Air supplu compromised.
6. If you use foamers interior may be clogged with junk.
