Foam brush not working

Hello I need some to figure out why my foam brush not working,few minute ago working one of them and suddenly stop, please help me to

First thing to check is the pick up tube. Foam brush solution has a habit of building algae which can clog the inlet screens in the tank. Clean it real well and add a little bleach to the tank to kill the algae if present.

Need a little more information. Has it stopped entirely, or spitting and sputtering? Is the pump cycling?

Liquid coming out no foam and when you turn down product nob it makes air leak sound, I did everything change Flowjet , put product up and air up no luck

Is the Hydrominder pulling chemical up to blue check valve on the suction side of the Hdrominder? Are you getting soap up into the holding tank?

Yes soap is there

Various possibilities - Soap got diluted by water siphoning back in to concentrate. Try new soap concentrate. Put Flo Jet at 40 PSI and air at -0- and see that you get plenty of liquid out of Brush. Then put air at 15 PSI and see what happens. Make sure guages are functioning properly.

Why do you have a blue check valve 6” away from the Hydominder? It should be down at the bottom of the hose that goes inside the soap concentrate container. Try pouring about 16 oz. of soap from your soap concentrate container and then pour it into the foam brush tank, mix it up and then try the foam brush out in the bay.

They set the way for soap to form brush blue check valve and I did put the soap in hydro minder and I changed the Flowjet makes no diffence , just liquid comes out no foam and change product to 50 and all the way up and change air to 0-5 -25-50 and all the way up, still no luck.

Your soap is diluted. Make sure there's a hole in the hose that comes off the Hydrominder into the stainless tank below the ring but above the highest water level so it can't siphon, replace the foot valve, put a clamp on the hose, and put a newbucket in place.

If you turn liquid off and just have air to the FB does air come out?

And the solution to your problem was? How did you resolve your problem?

If the foamy brush is working properly in the other bays, the first thing I would do is turn the soap off completely for the problem bay and leave the air on.
Activate the foamy brush in the problem bay (when it's quiet) and follow the line, listening for an air leak. It's generally a cracked hose that's the culprit. Would love to hear the solution for this.
