foam brush problem

My foam brush in all my bays lost its foam action. Like a week ago, foam was producing nicely. Last time I had this problem, I found a small water leak coming from hydrominder which was diluting the chemical. I took the tip out and cleaned it. Could this be it? Maybe I have a small leak shooting through the seal? Is there something I'm missing? Any other reasons it would be doing this? Thanks in advance for any hole punching.

The first thing I'd check is the foot valve in the pail. If it fails it will siphon diluted mix into the pail and weaken it. You should also have a hole in the tube off the eductor to prevent siphoning into the pail in case of a bad foot valve.

There are a lot of other possibilities, like softener not working, poor flow from the Hydrominder, or a bad batch of soap.

Make sure to check the screen on the inlet to the hydrominder. I've had debrise clog the screen when the city flushes out the fire hydrants. it causes low flow thru the hydrominder and they do not draw properly.

Make sure the eductor tube is screwed in all the way. Over time they can loosen up and allow air into the system.

I agree with the previous replies.
To add to your list, I'll throw in another possibility: has the air flow changed? Foam needs the right mixture of both soap and air...

If foot valve is good take off the chemical line to the hydrominder, place your finger over the orfice, and activate the hydrominder, can you feel suction?

Go to a bay and turn on the foam brush, put your ear up to the foam brush...can you hear air coming out? If not go further back in your system to find your airproblem.
