Foam brush, spot free, foam conditioner and tire cleaner

I have a 6 bay wash. 1 2 3 pump room 4 5 6. In all the bays but number one the low pressure stuff is not working. Its below 32 around here, but my weeps are working, so it seems, and all the bays are fine but this one. What can be causing this? Thanks in advance.

The weep won't usually protect anything but the high-pressure line from freezing. The rest will either need antifreeze mixed in or the lines in a heated trough or box.
