I got a flo jet pump that pumps liquid through a 1/4 poly tube and air through a 1/4 poly tube that meets at the top of the boom at each bay. Any recommendations on psi per liquid and air? or foam brush generator?
I don't use FB generators and don't have needle valves at the solenoids for the bays. I would suggest that you start with 40PSI to the Flo Jet and 10 PSI for the air and adjust from there. I use 3/8" poly so that is one difference in the setup. I use Erie FB with 6 holes.
Everyone has their own twist. I use 3/8 poly and have foam generators. Your air setting should be lower than your liquid, but as for actual pressures, it all depends. You'll have to set it like Earl said and just start adjusting until you have the right consistency at the bays.
My air and liquid solenoids have a metering screw to allow me to adjust the volume of air but keep the pressure the same. This comes in handy for fine tuning each bay, since one setting for the closest bay won't necessarily work for the farther bays.
