Triple foam in the bays is all the rage. I think I will go to the show and check some out. Has anyone thought of making their own albeit single color system?

Basicaly inject solution and air at the roof and let it travel down a regular 3/8 hose. Leave a big opening so the foam comes out in nice globs. This would be similar to the system Zep sells for tunnel cleaning. The right mix will have you dispensing alot of air filled foam, and it would seem like something the customer would luv to play with.

I played around with a large opening instead of a tip, but I never liked having a fat stream of foam instead of a fan.

I made self serve tri-foam for two of my washes. The equipment room end of looks like a tri-fcolor foam brush. Then air and product to the bay, a foam generator, a coil hose, a foam gun and tip (Kleen-Rite pg. 4440, a holster and your good to go.
