Foot valves

I have two DS 5000's and use the Armour all 2step presoak, the first step (heavy duty) eats up all my foot valves. Any suggestions?

The gray SMC foot valve should hold up to your chemical.

I was having the same problem. Try these Dema stainless ones. They're cheap and will last. They come in two different sizes.

I have the same problem on my pre-soak 1 and am using the grey foot valves. How does that stainless valve attach?

For my suction hose I use 3/8" polytube and the 1/4" footvalve will fit inside the tubing nice and tight. If you're using the 1/2" hose I believe the 3/8" footvalve will push into the hose. I would also secure it with a zip tie or stainless hose clamp.

From the description you wouldn't know they were footvalves but they are in fact. Trust me, for the price give it a try.

For a foot valve, that seems really cheap. Is there even a reason to use the more expensive foot valves?

I started using the stainless ones about 6 months ago. No problems yet. And they do have check valves in them.

Gray for preasoaks tire cleaner and harsh soaps the BLUE is for waxes and triple foams don't ask me why if you switch them you will have problems learned the hard way
