Fragramatics vacuum problem??

I have a combo shampoo/vac unit that Im having a little problem Im sure somebody on here has encountered. Inside the filter compartment there are ss screens protecting the motors from debris,however, I am having a problem keeping these screens lint free every few days they build up a lint cover which in turn kill suction. Any suggestions why or what causes this issue. I just bought this wash and have never had this type filter in a vac so Im kinda lost a bit. Any comments are appreciated.

Make sure the bags are pulled up tight. They need to seal against the holes separating the filter compartment from the debris compartment. If they are tight, you need to change the bags.

I agree with MEP. The bag has to be leaking. I have a fragramatics combo unit and have never had to clean the screen in 7 years.

Alos check bags for any Holes, even tiny ones.
