Anyone giving out a free dash towel/wipe to customers? If so, what are you giving?

We give them out thru our tunnel. We get white hand-i towels from Rowley's Distribution out of Bay City,MI. Cost is a few cents a piece.

Here is an interesting article written by the late Ira A. Feinberg “The Dean of Clean” that discusses the benefits and attributes of giving customers a free wiping towel.

I don’t like the idea of giving things away from free unless they have little or no value.

However, it’s hard to disagree with Feinberg’s concept of using a towel (symbol) to help personalize a business where the interaction with humans has been minimized.

Program makes sense but I am sure thereare towels that never come back, so I don't know what the cost is. I like giving away air fresheners with the top package and since they are custom imprinted with my info it's a custom reminder hanging from the mirror as to where to get the car washed. I also like seeing them around town hanging from mirrors.
